Eon one copmact Bass sound gets cut

i had bought an Eon one copmact one month back...now the bass gets cut some times only tweeter will work. I tried resetting with pahantom and ducking button..then it became OK..want to know if this is a series tech issue..it carries a 3 year warrenty,,bought from amazon.

    I too have had this problem a number of times - after turning the speaker on only the tweeter is passing audio. Powercycling the speaker corrects the issue, however it is disconcerting.

    I bought this is July and have the same issue. only way to get it going again is to pull the battery. Has anyone had any success getting this repaired?
