Compact One App Snapshots and Presets

Hi folks,

I've adjusted the output EQ and have stored it, and recalled it.
When in the output EQ view, the presets for FLAT, SPEECH, MUSIC, PERFORM
don't change the graphic EQ when pressed, so I assume the snapshot overrides any preset.
However, how do I see what the curves look like for those presets?

    I'm convinced this is a bug but would love for some Harman/JBL staffer to comment pro or con. The EQ Out presets all appear flat in the app. Some users seem to think each preset does have its own EQ profile, but there's no visual confirmation in the app, so who could trust it enough to use one? I'm just going to leave it on Flat, which is one of several functions in the app that I'm avoiding because they don't work. That this forum is full of bug reports that haven't been addressed for up to and beyond a year does not reflect wall. My purchase of Compact One was on March 29, and I'm about ready to return it for a Bose S1 Pro.

    For the record, my firmware is up to date: v. 5.1.5(201228).
