how to disable bluetooth

the first time I used my Eon 710 , before I started the concert, someone in the audience connected with Bluetooth and I had to turn it off. It is not reliable at all. Useless to use it if you cannot block this function. It is um problem that needs to be solved.

We have the same issue. Found this on the forum dated 24/01/23 stating they are working on this in an upcoming firmware version. Latest release notes don't seem to indicate this has happened.
We have a few customers that have the same issue and would like to be able to do this.

To disable Bluetooth, follow these steps:
On Windows: Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, and toggle off Bluetooth.
On macOS: Click the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar and select "Turn Bluetooth Off."
On Android: Open Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth, and toggle off Bluetooth.
On iOS: Go to Settings > Bluetooth, and toggle off Bluetooth.
Turning off Bluetooth will stop all wireless connections and help conserve battery life.
🙄 Just need to track down the offending punter first and gain access to their device.
