PRX One - Low impedance input noise level issue - HELP…!!!

I recently purchased a PRX ONE System for my acoustic guitar/vocal live set-up. The problem is that if I use a high impedance (1/4”) jack to connect my guitar I am getting a unacceptable amount of noise in the pa output … I do not experience this when I use other pa’s…

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated..
