Ch 3 Hi-Z has hardly any gain control????

I have had my Eon 1 Compact for about 2 years now, and I recently built a pedal board to use in my solo performance rig. I am struggling to get any significant level out of ch 3. I've only used Ch 1 for mic, and Ch 2, for guitar, which I have to run as Mic instead of Line for the same reason. I need both mic channels for my dui performance and need to use Ch 3 for my guitar. I don't know what to do. Any input or advice? Thank you! - Allie
