Problem updating EON718S to latest firmware

Hi,
I'm trying to update my current firmware 5.0.4.0 to the newest 5.0.6.0. However, in the JBL Pro Connect android app, when I tap update, after a couple of seconds it says "Firmware update failed. Reboot speaker and Retry". At that point, back LEDs and front LED are all yellow, and I need to unplug/plug the subwoofer from AC power to revive it.
Does any of you had this issue ?
I'm trying to update it, because I heard there was some issue with the limiter, which I encountered. I'm hoping it will fix this issue. However, I cannot find any firmware Release Note.

When it says, "Reboot," it may mean you should Factory Reset the unit before attempting the Firmware Update again-

That should help that. After that, just be sure you're also using the latest version of the Pro Connect app, and you've closed out of and reopened that, as well.
