JBL CHARGE 5 no start or end sound

Hi,o

my JBL CHARGE 5 has no start/end ON/OFF sound. Bluetooth is working OK. I've already done factory reset (pressing + and play button together), but nothing ... Please, what buttons can I press to solve my problem.

Have you fixed it,bro?My charge 5 has the same problem.Last time it's settled with a firmware upgrade.But it's up to date now,can't do it again manually.
