Why doesn't the bluetooth connection work using Iphone?

I've downloaded the app, but neither my IPhone or IPad find my EON One Compact speaker using BlueTooth. Using my ThinkPad works fine.

I do not know for sure, but it seems to me that a second device cannot be linked without releasing the link of the first one.
