JBl headphones not pairing to my laptop

I have recently purchased my new JBL Club 700BT. But, unfortunately they are not connecting and pairing to my laptop. I have tried few steps from the mentioned article HOW TO PAIR JBL HEADPHONES
But, still there hasn't been any progress. Why it is so, really frustrated.
