JBL Eon One MKii feedback/echo problem on pass thru

We are a temple and we hold programs at one university auditorium.
The above is the arrangement of speakers we do.
but the problem is the eon compact speakers cannot be taken to more than 8% of their max volume before echo problem arises.
Sound feels short.
How do we solve? Some mixer or other amps or other arrangement.
Any help is highly Appreciated
