PRX ONE - Sub Issues

I did a factory reset on my two week old PRX ONE and now the woofer does not have sound. Sound only comes out of the top two arrays.

    Hey I don't have one, however, since you factory reset the PRX ONE does that mean it is running old firmware and needs an upgrade? I am just wondering if that will fix your problem.
