Eon One MK2 dead

Hello,
Yesterday I received a notice that my firmware needed to be updated. I went through the procedure and it noted that the system would reboot. It powered itself off and hasn’t powered up since. HELP!!

    And just like that …. While I’m sitting here looking at it, wondering what I’m going to do for a sound system for tonights gig, it comes to life. ????

    Just installed mine but new shows a red warning to upgrade the app which also did. The MK2 is now locked on - warning won't go away, no cntrls work, won't shut off! Useless now! Will remove battery to shut off. Second try! Help!
