Sub woofer not giving full bass

I'm running on :
Amp Crown xti6002
EQ Art Eq355
BBE Sonic Maximizer 882i
DBX DriveRack 260
JBL SRX828s
Even when I run only the amp and speaker I get sounds above 80hz (Still hear voices and some highs). I'm at a loss how to run even my amp just my amp to get pure bass.
