JBL LSR4326P: problem

Hi, I have a couple of LSR4326P and one subwoofer LSR4312SP and I have a really strange problem: sometimes when there is a Spike in power or a radio frequency impulse (like a relays that turn on or off), the LSR4326P immediately turns completely off. Not in Stand-By, completely turned off, with JBL logo in the front turned off. All the leds on the rear are turned on and the only way to restart it is to disconnect and reconnect the power cable. No problem with the subwoofer that doesn't have this problem.
does anyone have the same problem? thanks a lot....
