Rattling on heavy bass notes on JBL eon series speakers.

Our band has 2 JBL eon 615 speakers that both had rattles when bass notes were dominant. After taking them apart we found that the tweeters had loosened in the horn section of the speaker. The tweeter drivers are thread and screw into the horn section. Not sure whether they were not tight from the factory or loosened from hot and cold weather expansion and contraction or possibly vibration from music. Tweeters made a horrible rattling sound so bad we thought the woofers were damaged. I tightened them by hand as tight as I could get them. I thought about using thread locker but decided not to but if it happens again I will use a drop of threadlocker if I have to redo this process again. I hope this helps to any one that has this same issue. It could happen on probably all eon speakers that use a threaded driver in the horn section.
