BT Connection takes 0,2sec to be established

Hello,
I'm a music teacher and a performing musician, using JBL products in school and on stage (Charge 5, Eon One Compact, Eon One MK2). On all devices, with both Macs and iPhone, establishing a BT-connection takes a split second to work, which is bad in school (when students only hear a part of the count-in) and on stage, when a song (I play solo gigs with saxophone and Play-Alongs) "fades in". Is there a way to get rid of it, or does anybody know a program (Win or Mac) to apply a batch command to insert 1 sec of silence at the beginning of a song (I could do that for one song, but I need it for about 300)? Thanks for your help!
