Eon One compact all in one disappoints in live performance

I felt very disappointed in the eon one device, during a major performance. I was in rehearsal and device worked fine. Came back to performance and it cut out on one channel. I couldn't get the channel back, dispite continuned restarting the device--- WHAT THE HELL!!! I have never been more disappointed in a product. I NEED 100% reliablity and sadly until I can figure out what is wrong, I can't use this device. I feel stuck and there are very few intunative functions on this device. I could not use my 2nd keyboard for the entire concert and felt embarassed and angry.

Today I hooked it up and it's working now, both channels.

What could have been wrong.

I am very afraid of this and trying to return the product due to it. When I was practicing at connected great to my microphone and everything was fine and then suddenly absolutely nothing there is something wrong with the receiver it doesn't know if it's listening from Bluetooth or a mic and I put the app on my phone. The app doesn't work half the time when I try to make adjustments to the volume it is connected to the unit but there is no response from the app when I move the slider. Should I return the Eon one compact or not? I don't need all this Bluetooth bullshit I need something that's loud sounds good and doesn't fail me now what's the deal here?
