Pin-outs for JBL Quantum 100 headset

All:
I wish to connect the Quantum 100 headset plug to a custom jack. The 3.5 mm plug has four segments:
Tip
First ring
Second ring
Shell

I need to know which audio input is on which segment, and which segment is the microphone output. I presume that the Shell ought to be the Common.

I have tried repeatedly to get this simple answer back from JBL Customer Service, but they don't know. I cannot find a user manual that provides that information.

Can anyone on here please provide me with the correct answers?

    NEVER MIND--- I figured it out on my own with a voltmeter.

    FYI:
    TIP=Left audio in
    First Ring= Right audio in
    Second Ring= Mic out
    Sleeve=Common
