My PRX815 is halted during hard reset and can not restart now!

I had bought my JBL 815W 15 Active PA in 2020.
Today, I have tried to do hard reset for my speaker ( it was working properly before resetting). Unfortunately, after doing that my speaker is not working. The connect light and power light turn on and hold the status. No button is working but the power button. I do not know what is wrong and what should I do because I tried to find the solution on internet but I could not find.
I tried to contact with JBL and their distributor but they are unable to help. I do not know why??? Maybe they do not know the answer.

Please would you help me with that.
