JBL eon 715 & 718s custom settings LPF and HPF

I recently bought the EON 718 sub to go with my eon 715 loudspeakers. There is already a preset for the mix out (pass thru) option for SUB that is set to 80HZ for both LPF and HPF. There is the option to use a custom setting for LPF and HPF and I was wondering what would be a good setting to use to make the sub hit harder without damaging the sub or loudspeakers specifically for the EON series that other DJs have tried? Or maybe I should just use the preset? Thank you for any help!
