EON One MK2 Firmware Problem

I went through all the steps to install 5.2.4, hoping it would solve a problem with no signal being received on input #3. I have a Shure wireless lavalier microphone system with 2 mics, and both work on #1 & #2. The problem is, I have a Behringer wireless mic for the pulpit in the church, and nothing worked on #3 at all.
The big problem now, is that the firmware seems to have "bricked" the speakers, after confirming the steps with the vendor's tech support. He said it was necessary to remove the pairings in the Android app, then remove the app. He also had me do a factory reset on both speakers, which is where everything went south - the input lights on both speakers stay on, and the speakers won't accept any input whatsoever. Is there something that can be done to reverse this?
