EON718s Firmware update hiccup now won’t hard reset

Howdy, I was updating two eon715, worked as it should, then went to update my two eon718s and it failed. I read other threads and tried to hard reset because my LEDs are yellow, but my screen is also blank. So far I haven’t been able to use the “power & back” button hold or leave unplugged to be able to reset anything in order to relink.

The app recognizes both, but I can’t verify the code to complete the connection.

I’m stumped…
