My unit will not power on without cord

Hello, my eon mk2 unit will no longer power on without it being plugged up. I specifically purchased this unit because it’s portable and rechargeable. I’ve only had it maybe less than 3 months. It just all of a sudden stopped powering on without the cord. Please help. Thanks
