how to use JBL Pro Connect on Windows laptop?

Which Android emulator can be used to install and use JBL Pro Connect on a Windows laptop?
I am using v.0.0.14 on my iPhone successfully, but I'd also like to use it on my Windows laptop.
I've tried Bluestacks, but it doesn't seem to list Pro Connect as a supported app.
Google play in Nox lists the app, but won't run it: "Your device isn't compatible with this version"

Is there a supported Android emulator for this app on Windows?
