Performace Manager problems

I have the following problem with a JBL Vertect 4888 DPA Equipment connected to the Network for monitoring and management, I use the Performance Manager software connected by network cable. The software works perfectly in configuration but at the time of the show I lose connection and the equipment in general mutes for approximately 5 seconds. Is there a way to avoid that?
-tenda ac1200 router
-24 port gigabit switch
-100% copper Cat6 cables
