JBL Pro Connect with JBL EON ONE Compact issue with EQ presets

I try to use channel EQ presets.
- push EQ button in channel
- switch Parametric EQ ON
- push male ballad
- Message "Applying Male Balls preset" pops up
- EQ settings unchanged, Male Ballad button highlighted.
Any idea, what I could do differently to make it work?
