JBL EON ONE PRO - volume / power drop

Please advise on what could have caused my EON ONE PRO (2 sets!) to lose power/volume significantly. This happens on all bluetooth and mic/line channels. I cannot use the sets anymore! Is this my mistake or a design or production failure?
Is there a quick fix?
