Charge 5 wifi no le audio

i noticed that my charge wifi only connects with sbc codec ( Android 13 win 11) both with bt 5.3
and yes, jbl told me that is the standard
wtf??? charge 5 has bt 5.3 and it only uses sbc with (!) 53 bit blocking
why ripping a standard of a new bt version on a 250€ device?
