JBL PRXONE NO BASE ZERO LOW END SOUND

Not a happy camper, Most expensive single piece I've ever purchased. Hardly used it. Probably never even over half volume! And now zero bass! Tried the reset several times still nothing! Anyone have this issue and I'm assuming since the reset didn't work its complete garbage.
