My jbl eon one compact sound to extremely low

I just buy a Jbl compact one speaker but sound toooo low The flip 6 speaker sound more loud than compact one. Some body help me.

I had the same problem. I could barely hear it. I went into the Bluetooth settings, click on your device (jbleononecompact) and hit forget this device. Restart your phone or tablet. Pair the device again and it should be fixed. Worked for me.
