JBL Compact Connect not work

Hello everyone.
I have a new JBL Eon One Compact.
I updated firmware to V.6.2
After firmware update, there are some issues:
1. I can’t connect JBL with iphone by bluetooth. I must reset JBL to factory default so that it can connect to iphone. If I forget JBL again, I must reset JBL again to connect.
2. I can’t use JBL Compact Connect app to adjust the speaker. (Linked already)
Please help to me to solve this.
