PRX one XLR inputs not working

in JBL Pro Live Portable Products

Tonight we couldn't get any sound from our microphones (using xlr inputs). The Bluetooth input and the 1/4" inputs were working OK. Has anyone experienced this behavior? ... Is there a work-around?

    Tech support had me update the firmware and factory reset... fixed the issue. Great support from jbl!
