JBL EON ONE MK2 Bluetooth pairing failed

Hello, I have tried to pair the Eon One Mk2 and a new Lenovo M Tab9 tablet via Bluetooth connection without success.
The tablet has Bluetooth version 5.1 and I had read that to pair via Bluetooth a version of Bluetooth 5.0 or higher was required to be able to control the PA system from the JBL Pro Connect app.
I have been able to pair both devices using the BT Audio Pairing option, but without success trying from the BT Control Pairing option.
I have tried Factory Reset and tried bluetooth pairing again without success.
Is there a procedure that I don't know to solve this problem? Thank you.

I am having the same problem with two seperate MK2 units. I can connect the bluetooth to my iphone and play music in both, but they will not connect in the JBL Pro Connect App. The app will recognize the speakers, but will not connect. I reset to factory and reset BT Control Pairing several times. Please hlep
Audio-Bluetooth funktioniert, control pannel nicht. Was kann ich tun?
If Bluetooth pairing fails on your JBL EON ONE MK2:
Restart both devices.
Hold the Bluetooth button to activate pairing mode.
Forget and reconnect in Bluetooth settings.
Check for interference or updates.

We were able to pair the speaker to our iphone but everything is grayed out on the app and we are unable to do anything as we are trying to add a 2nd jbl eon one mk2. What do we need to do so the app will work?
