I've had the EON MK2 for a month or two at home- just learning it's basics. Everything was going well. I loaded Connect Pro to my iphone, loaded a playlist, paired it all up and it worked well. Not thrilled with the basic music player in my phone, but it all worked. .............................
UNTIL a week ago. .... I thought I would also rig up my Surface Pro Tablet and thought I had it paired. Since then, after much manual reading, rebooting, limiting the pairing efforts to my iphone, I was getting mixed messages. The first was an updated firmware was needed. I got that through my phone and it said that it was installed. Then after many attempts to pair the phone with the EON, most were successful. Some were failed attempts (because I was trying every way to go). Yesterday, before today's firmware install, I was able to VAGELY (VERY low volume) hear some of what I was streaming. Nothing was plugged in, so I was just using the main gain control. Today, after the install, I heard nothing. The BT pairing said that it was paired to my phone and my phone said that It was paired to it. No amount of button or knob pressing or turning could get the sound to the speakers. However, if I plugged in a mic, that would work perfectly.
I couldn't find any help in the manual. Any suggestions?
