EON One Pro experience
I have a JBL EON One Pro with a dead battery. I bought this new before the pandemic. I was able to use it exactly twice. Now, retrieving it from climate controlled storage in my music room, I discover that the battery is dead. Worse still, it won't run off mains AC without a working battery. According to HP Pro Service USA (HProServiceUSA@harman.com) I can "contact one of our dealers like Guitar Center or Sweetwater to purchase the battery. " which is simply incorrect. Sure, I can contact them but neither has this battery in stock. So due to a poor design, lack of replacement parts, and clueless customer service I now have a completely dead and useless portable PA. Hey JBL/Harman, I'm just wondering...is this an acceptable customer experience from your perspective?

I can understand your frustration with the JBL EON One Pro’s battery issues—it’s really disappointing to have a product become unusable. It’s essential for companies to support their products with accessible parts. On a different note, have you seen some Owens Corning onyx black shingles pictures? A dead battery rendering the JBL EON One Pro unusable is indeed frustrating. Third-party battery options or JBL-specific forums might help you locate alternatives. For related discussions, you can check out 뉴토끼.
