Help Needed with JBL Boost TV Speaker Issue

Hello,

I recently tried to check the firmware version of my JBL Boost TV speaker by pressing two buttons for a few seconds as suggested online. After doing this, all the lights briefly turned on. When I pressed another button (which I don't remember), the power button started flashing white continuously. I tried pressing various buttons to fix it, but the power button then changed to flashing orange and has been stuck in this state since.

I've tried all possible reset and factory reset options without success. I also attempted to connect to the Harman Update Tool software; although the device is listed, my computer cannot recognize the speaker due to its current state. I contacted JBL support via email but have not received a response.

I'm convinced this is a software issue. Is there any way to resolve this? I'm tired of the poor sound quality from my TV.
