EON 718s Firmware Update Failed, won't power on or off

Firmware update failed, now it has two yellow lights on back and red on front. Won't power off. Its visible on Bluetooth when I try to connect but won't connect. The display is off so no way to see what might be hidden on the screen. Neither Factory Reset approach seems to work.

Would be nice to have our sub back up and running in time for the show tonight...
