Adjusting Sliders on JBL Compact Connect App

Hello I am unable to adjust eq sliders, input sliders, and volume on the jbl compact connect app. Using Iphone 15 Pro Max. Speakers link to app and bluetooth audio works but cant get the app to work. Any thoughts?

    Hi, same problem Just bought Eon one compact because the app provides effects and EQ presets etc. Nothing works! Tried on 2 different iphones and ipad all running current ios. Wish I hadn't bought the JBL it might have to go back.
    PS tried factory resets, deleted and reinstalled app multiple times, firmware say up to date. Tried everything - same result everytime.
