JBL SRX835P not performing

Hello All,

New here but have been in the industry for some time now.
I just recently A/B my SRX 835p tops and noticed that the low-end response and overall performance on one of my cabs was dramatically less. I opened it up. All the wires are firmly connected from the amp to the speakers. I also connected to the internal network and verified to the best of my knowledge that the settings were the same on both.
Anyone have an idea of what might be the issue or how I can continue to trouble shoot.
My next step will be to switch the amp on each to see if there may be an issue with an amp. Just seems weird that it doesn't distort or anything, just doesn't have the full sound of the other cab
