JBL Pro Connect v2.3 Launch Date
Here it is March 25, 2025 and no news from JBL about the much touted v2.3 app and firmware update. What gives?
"On March 25th, 2025, JBL Pro Connect will launch version 2.3. This version of software will come with some exiting new and improved features, but it will also require an accompanying firmware update of all speakers to continue using JBL Pro Connect.
Between now and March 25th, you will experience some pop ups helping to remind you that this update is coming. You can dismiss them if you no longer want to see them.
Version 2.3 of JBL will have many performance enhancements, feature updates and bug fixes that will provide the best experience with Pro Connect yet. As always, we recommend users operate their Pro Connect speakers on the latest firmware and software available."

I'm wondering the same thing! Version 2.3 was supposed to be released on March 25, 2025.
Any news?
I contacted JBL today and they said they are currently working on the update and will release it this week. Fingers crossed.
Update is now out. Installing it now.
Looking for help on this one. Updated to the latest release 2.3 and bricked my system during a gig. The next morning I setup and plugged in and it came back on but now, for some strange reason, I can't get reverb, delay or chorus out of the system. All mutes are off, sends are up, mix fader up and there's absolutely zero effects. Not sure what to do or check
Hello
I received a message in the JBL Pro Connect app to upgrade firmware. I upgraded both of my JBL PRX One speakers to version 5.3.7.0. After the upgrade, I have no effect on both speakers. Before the upgrade, there was an effect. Resetting to factory settings did not help either.
Do you know of any problems with the upgrade? Can I get help or direction to solve the problem?
Thank you
Shay
