Latest PRX One Firmware issue?

I was just prompted to update the firmware on my PRX One 2 days ago. Upon completion I was unable to get the reverb, delay, or chorus to work. The subsynth appears to still work, but none of the other FX. Am I doing something wrong or is this a known issue?

    Same issue. Called Tech Support. They said they are aware of the issue and gave me no time line as to when it is expected to be fixed. 4/14/25 I have a gig in 2 days. I thought I was doing the right thing by updating it, as I have had issues re-connecting before and I didn't want a problem before the show. WELL NOW, that went great, didn't it?

    I just did the same thing. No FX after the firmware update, WTF?

  • I have the same problem, where we can force this issue? I am a german user, I try tomorrow to contact JBL Customer Support in Berlin.
    From where you come guys (with the same Firmware problems), did you contact you local JBL Support?

    I have the same problem as well. At least I have until May tenth to get this figured out.

  • I'm glad it's not just me. I've run four open mics and played three gigs with no effects. This happened once before a couple of years ago. Hopefully they resolve it soon.

    I updated the firmware not knowing this issue and now the FX processing stopped! Any quick fix suggestions?

    Same thing happened to me in the middle of a gig. It bricked my system and had to cancel the rest of the night. What a crock of shit this is turning out to be. I contacted them 3x and they keep telling me that it's a known issue and will have a fix for it in a few days. I'm on 4 weeks now with zero support from Harman.

    It is a full month now with no resolution and really no response other than "we are aware of the problem and will have a fix in a few days." This expensive unit is now really unusable unless you don't care to have professional sound. This is unacceptable. It's time we users get some compensation for this mess.

    I got the same problem, I have 4 pro one and just update firmware today and the effect stop working. Without effect I don’t know what to do with all these speakers. I don’t why they make garbage firmware like this .we need to do something to get money back, these speakers are too expensive.
