Performance manager doesn't load

in JBL Pro Software

All I get is the splash screen for half a second then nothing. It used to work but stopped one day. I have uninstalled and launched as admin and the same happens

    Hi Could you help with more details as to what version of software you are using and what OS version you are on?
    Also have you tried restoring the computer to a previous date state to rule out some update that may have broken the software?

    2.6.3 and Win10 Pro. I have no previous states to restore
