I just bought eon one pro and there are red lights blinking and no sound over Bluetooth connection

I have an issue with new eon one pro. I just unpacked and it is not working . There are red lights blinking and nothing it is happening. I am really disappointed about this. I have thought that JBl it is a professional company. Really unhappy. Could you help me please?

First I'd suggest taking a look at the User Guide http://www.jblpro.com/Microsite-eonone-pro/pdf/EON ONE PRO User Guide Final.pdf and then if you're still having issiues to contact Tech Support.

Hi There, I have two systems and i have the same problem with the red blinking lights .
After one year and just one time used one set of the system this is very frustrationg.
Also there is no replacement battery.
