JBL Charge 4 battery increase

Hi all,
I love my jbl charge 4,I use it when I'm home as well. To increase battery life is it better to leave jbl constantly connected to the electricity or charge it only when battery is flat? When I keep it on constant power I can see that jbl is charging approximately once per day (last led flashing). If the battery is recharging every day from let's say 95% to 100% thats really bad for the battery life.
Any thoughts about that? For example your laptop when kept on the charger stays charged like 94% without being charged again to 100%. I looks like jbl is not that smart...
