JBL Do something about this bad firmware update you gave us!

I know JBL company wouldn't usually release a bug into our Pro gear, would they? I called support, and they have no timeline as to when they will fix this. The Firmware update YOU forced me to update for my JBL PRX One shut all my effects off. Now I'm scrambling for a workaround because I have a gig, and this BS is stressing me the F**k out. Get your shit together JBL!

    I did the same. Updated the firmware and now no FX. I have to this fixed before Thursday.

    Me the same, no FX Effects after Firmware Update. It is possible to do a reset and not to update with the latest firmware?
    What firmware version you have?

    I can't remember what it said at the time. Maybe 5.07??

    No ETA on an update/fix.

    Just a promise to email me when it's available.

    So much for "Pro" equipment with JBL.

    I found a facebook group, there you will get updates about fixing the issue. Have a look to the comments from Brendon Knudsen. He is working on it and give update information. The ETD for fixing will be on 29.04.2025

    Uhg...this dosen't help people who have jobs to do in that time span. Is there a way to reload the old firmware??

    no, sorry. In this group some user told me he brang his JBL PRX One to a dealer and they downgraded with the old firmware, I asked, how they made it? He said: He don't know - in my oppinion, there is no way to get the old firmware to the box.
    You have to wait. I'm playing a gig next sunday and I bought an Vocal Harmonizer to have reverb and double Voices.
    And in the future: I will wait to update my box and check the Facebook Group for any issues.
    They have to modify the app, that you can save the old firmware and do some rollback if needed.
