Check out the MPX1 presets document. I will link below. If you use your browser's search feature to search for "vocal", you will find that many of them indicate in this that they are good vocal presets.

It all has to do with iLok functionality, which is universal. Once the switch is flipped, Windows users would immediately be affected as well. The versions I have been testing are thankfully running very smooth, so I hope that we will hear something soon. Hang tight!

Yes, VST3 is coming. The reason they can't come without Windows is because of new iLok implementation that's universal. We can't turn on specific features without doing so for all licenses, thus Windows users would be without functionality while Mac users would not.
