use 'UltraVNC Viewer' to control 5200iTP

i want to use the 'UltraVNC Viewer' to control the touchpanel under the telnet protocol.but it do not work.i can't telnet it.Should i set something?
can anyone help?

    VNC and telnet are entirely different protocols, and use different ports. If you are working locally, all you need to do is enter the IP address of the panel into the VNC connect dialog. If you are working from the outside, you need to forward port 5900 to the panel's IP. Forget Telnet, it has nothing to do with it.
