When I first received mine I couldn't get it to respond to anything. It seems to ship in landscape and the main page looks to be a documentation page of something, its too small to read, and no demo. I don't remember what I pushed that all of a sudden it responded but still in landscape. Then I pressed and held the center button to get into setup and changed it to portrait.
I have TPD4 v2.11 build 619 and there is no selection for 435-P but if use NXD-430 and then go to the resolution drop down you will see a 272 x 480. That's what you need.
I had to search for the TP4 version 8 support files on the web site.
The Web Updater only get the old version support files.
Why wouldn't AMX include the new version in the Web Updater?

You need the support files. 'About TPD' should list border version 8 and then you can change the orientation.
