Audio Out from 8400

Hi. How can I use the mic audio from the panel?
Where Can I found documentation about input/output audio from the panel?

    The MVP8400 does not have a mic, just speakers. The MVP8400i does have a mic, and it is dedicated for VOIP. The wired touch panels, do have a mic that you can tie to any mixer using the AV breakout box. Cat5 cable between the breakout box and the touch panel.

    If there is actually a mic on the 8400, it was for future use.

    If I use 8400i , can I use the mic audio? I need to send the audio to an external device

    I beleive it is only for the VOIP/Intercom function, not for external use.

    I beleive, at this time, you're out of luck. It has been a wish of many of us for some time now.

    You might put it in as a feature request with tech support.

    Intercom with another AMX Panel is possible with MVP8400. You need a software for activate the audio-channel to the other panel's. We setup a door intercom with a CV7 and a MVP8400. But the sound is pretty bad....
