Have a problem with protection mode < I sent this unit in to the agent in Nairobi Kenya,9 months ago and have been messed around! I traveled 600k to fetch it not repaired as they claim they have had no response from Crown/ I am getting frustrated with not being able to contact Crown direct with this issue,! Can anyone help?

looks like people at crown have no interest in support!

If not, then your regional distributor should be able to help if you don't have access to US-based support.
